Roxanne Martinez Joins DentaQuest as Chief Human Resources Officer
Roxanne Martinez recently joined DentaQuest as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Martinez will lead the human resources organizations, including recruitment and benefits. She will play an important role in driving business and talent transformations. Martinez reports directly to DentaQuest President and CEO Steve Pollock.
Most recently, Martinez served as the Senior Vice President and Talent Officer for the U.S. region of Liberty Mutual’s Global Retail Markets business. She joined Liberty Mutual in 2005 and held multiple human resource leadership positions in each of the company’s core business lines. During her career, Martinez has also served as a human resources management consultant and professional working for such companies as State Street, EMD Serono and Allaire/Macromedia. She prides herself on her strategic planning capabilities and her operational excellence.
In both 2017 and 2018, Martinez was recognized by Fortune Magazine for being one of The 50 Most Powerful Latinas in the United States.
Martinez completed her JD at the University of Denver Sturm College of law and graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in politics. She lives in Brookline, Massachusetts with her husband, daughters and yellow lab.
