Rob Stefanic recently joined DentaQuest as Chief Information Officer (CIO), responsible for the definition and delivery of the company’s information technology (IT) vision and capabilities, which span IT operations and digital innovation. This includes leading development and support, infrastructure, security, and technical services.

Reporting to DentaQuest President and CEO Steve Pollock, Stefanic will be a key contributor to the company’s strategy and planning process. He will oversee and provide direction to IT and business leaders on strategy, standards, and opportunities for shared services and economies of scale. He will also develop and execute a robust integration platform to enhance DentaQuest’s growth strategy.

Previously, Stefanic served as Vice President, Global Shared Services and CIO for Sensata Technology, a $4 billion sensor technology organization with 26,000 employees. In this role, he set Sensata’s digital IT and global shared services strategy and led all back-office integration activities associated with mergers and acquisitions. Before that, he held leadership roles at Princeton Consulting focused on technology risk management, Tyco’s Engineered Products and Services covering overall global information technology strategy, and Electrolux Home Products’ IT for the Americas.

Stefanic received his Master’s in Technology Management from Columbia University and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science degree in IT.
