Focused on improving the digital experience for customers in an increasingly fast-paced, personalized marketplace, DentaQuest recently welcomed Katherine (Kathy) Kountze as chief information officer (CIO) effective April 5.
Kathy will work closely with new Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Kamila Chytil to refine and execute DentaQuest’s technology roadmap in support of the customer and digital experience. An award-winning IT executive, Kathy brings more than 25 years of technology knowledge and experience to the role.
“Kathy’s background and business acumen will allow her to hit the ground running at DentaQuest,” said DentaQuest President and CEO Steve Pollock, adding “She’s a critical addition to our leadership as we continue efforts to make the customer and client experiences more intuitive and convenient in the coming months and years. We’re thrilled to have her on our team.”
In her career, Kathy has set strategy for all IT areas, including enterprise business solutions, on premise and cloud infrastructure, IT operations (including telecommunications and networking), and corporate-wide technology projects and initiatives.
