DentaQuest Appoints New Members to its Board of Directors
DentaQuest, a national leader in improving oral health, appointed Colleen Dolan Baldwin, Linda Hall and Dr. Robert Weyant to its Board of Directors. They join DentaQuest in its commitment to improve oral health through access, innovation and affordability

Colleen Baldwin, Independent Director of the ING Mutual Funds Group, brings strong financial management oversight to the DentaQuest board. She currently serves as the Funds’ Chair of the Equities Investment Review Committee, former Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and a Qualified Financial Expert. Colleen also serves as president of Glantuam Partners, a private consulting practice focused on business growth and restructure efforts. Previously, Colleen was COO of Ivy Asset Management, COO of AIG Global Investment Group, and held senior management positions at JP Morgan, Mobil Oil Corp. and AT&T Communications/Bell Labs. Colleen graduated from Fordham University with a BS in Quantitative Research and Accounting and received an MBA from Pace University in Finance and Computer Science.
Linda Hall, PhD, Entrepreneur-In-Residence at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, brings her knowledge of program design and business management to the DentaQuest board. Linda ‘launched’ retail healthcare with MinuteClinic and served as CEO from 2002-2005; Forbes Magazine called the MinuteClinic one of the top ten disruptive companies of the decade. Linda also held leadership roles at Honeywell, Ceridian, UnitedHealth Group and a pediatric home healthcare company. Linda was named Director of the Year by two organizations in 2010. The Minnesota Business Journal recognized Linda with a “Hardest Working Board Members Award” and KPMG gave her the “Instrument of Change” award. Linda has published more than 20 articles on program design and outcome measurement. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan and holds a MA and PhD from the same institution.
Dr. Robert Weyant, DMD, DrPH is professor and chair of the Department of Dental Public Health at the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Dental Medicine. He has a strong passion for community-based disease prevention, health policy and access to care. Dr. Weyant has been a diplomat of the American Board of Dental Public Health since 1987, a past president of the American Association for Public Health Dentistry and is the current editor-in-chief of the Journal of Public Health Dentistry. Additionally, Dr. Weyant is involved in developing community dental programs for the city of Pittsburgh and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a consultant to the local and state health departments. He received his DMD and MPH degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and holds a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan.
